TASTING MENU

Clos Pegase Merlot - Rich and complex wine with expressive blackberry, Cassis, crushed red fruits and plum aromas, underlain by more earthy tones of fresh pipe tobacco, anise, cinnamon spice and plums.

Lucien Albrecht Riesling Reserve - Pale, yellow with golden hints. Nice aromatic intensity with notes of citrus peels, lime and blossom. Straight forward, fresh, good acidity and persistence.

Michele Chiarlo Barbera d’Asti - Ruby red in color with hues of violet. Elegant and intense, with notes of fresh mature red fruit, such as cherry and currant. Harmonious, with great structure and roundness.

Round Pond Sauvignon Blanc - Bright, playful and tropical, with a layered palate of white peach, ripe pear, granny smith apples, and candied grapefruit. It evolves beautifully, finishing with silky tones and refreshing minerality, with notes of lime zest, mandarin orange, and limestone lingering delightfully for minutes.

St. Supery Cabernet Sauvignon - Rich vibrant purple and red hues present in this wine. Cassis, black cherry and ripe black plumb combine with black pepper, and mocha with a hint of black olive. Flavors of juicy blackberry and cassis are encompassed with black licorice and a slightly toasted oak.

ZD Winery Chardonnay - Intense and alluring, tropical aromas of guava, pineapple, and lime zest are complemented by subtle hints of orange blossom and vanilla. The palate is rich and full of citrus notes mingled with flavors reminiscent of crème brûlée, and the bright acidity is well balanced by subtle oak characteristics
